TRP Imports Comercial Serviços e Fabricação Ltda., CNPJ 34.455.435/0001-42 (head office, Tietê/SP) and 34.455.435/0002-23 (branch, Itajaí/SC), is the controller of the personal data processed through this website and the contact channels listed here.
Data we process
When you contact us by e-mail or phone: name, e-mail address, phone number, company and whatever you send us in your message. Résumés sent through the "Careers" channel. Browsing: the website host (Wix) uses technical and session cookies needed for operation and performance measurement. We currently do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies; if we start using them, we will ask for your consent first.
How we use it
To reply to your message, prepare proposals and carry out import and export operations; to assess job applications; to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, such as customs and tax requirements; and to improve the website. The legal bases are, as applicable, performance of a contract or of preliminary procedures, compliance with a legal obligation, and legitimate interest.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share only what is needed to carry out operations, with service providers such as customs brokers, carriers, freight forwarders and authorized financial institutions; with hosting, e-mail and analytics providers, some with servers outside Brazil; and with authorities, when required by law.
Your rights
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your data, as well as information about sharing, under Article 18 of the LGPD. You may also request the blocking of data that is unnecessary, excessive or processed in breach of the law, withdraw consent, object to unlawful processing and file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD). We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal retention periods, and you may ask us to delete your résumé at any time.
